Help:Syndication/Links
Links and buttons are one of the ways you can use Povo content and tools on your site. For a complete list see
Help:Syndication.
You should feel free to create any links to Povo content that you want. Of course you could always just cut & paste the web address from your browser's web address field and assemble a link yourself, but we provide some tools to make the process easier, and, if you like, more pleasing to the eye.
On any page you'd like to link to, just click the
LINK / SHARE link located at the top of the page to the right of the Povo logo. In that page you have the option of creating either a text or button link to the page you were just viewing.
Text links can use either the full address to the page you were viewing, or a shorter, more manageable address (whicj can be useful for long listing names or search pages with many parameters). You can also specify alteranate text to use for the link, instead of the Povio page name.
Additionally, if you want a more attractive, graphical link, you can choose one of our link buttons. Our buttons are available in two styles:
Whichever method you choose, just copy the HTML mark-up for your link when done, and then paste it into your blog or web site.
Thank you for your contribution. You've taken a huge step to making Povo the "word on the street,"
and we appreciate it very much. Because of the complexity of the "wiki text" and code that can be used
on Povo, in order to edit this section in the future you must click the "edit" button to the right of the section
heading (or for the whole page).
